One Story. One Sound is a creative space where real human stories are turned into music.
It blends journalism, music, and cinematography — from collecting a personal story to crafting a track and bringing it to life visually.
These are not just songs, but fragments of destiny, captured and reborn through sound.

The project is part of StarJin, a broader artistic initiative that brings together music, storytelling, and visual art.

To take part in One Story. One Sound, simply fill out the application form (link below).

If your story feels compelling, I will personally reach out to you. We’ll start with a short briefing, followed by a full interview. With my background in journalism, I shape the interview into a written story and send it back to you for approval.

Once the text is confirmed, we move on to the visuals — choosing the cover art and overall style. Then comes the creative magic: I compose a track inspired by your story.

The music is my personal artistic vision, so the final track is not subject to approval. It becomes a standalone piece of art, born from your story.

The release is published on all major platforms — Spotify, YouTube Music, iTunes, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and more. Your story is shared with your name and image, allowing it to resonate with the world.

  1. Application — you fill out a Google Form and share your personal story.

  2. Selection — if the story fits the project, I will reach out to you.

  3. Interview — we arrange a call for an in-depth interview. With my background in journalism, I ask additional questions to better capture your story.

  4. Story — I turn the interview into a written narrative and send it back to you for approval, ensuring everything is accurate and clear.

  5. Track — I compose music inspired by your story, translating emotions and life moments into sound.

  6. Mixing & Mastering — I polish the track to its final quality.

  7. Cover Art — together we approve the visuals, using your photos as the base.

  8. Release — the final track, with your name and story, is distributed on major platforms: Spotify, iTunes, Deezer, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and many more.

Alina’s Story

Alina always believed that love could endure anything — as long as He was by her side. She laughed with him, made plans, looked for protection and support in him. But there was always another woman next to them. His mother.

“Don’t buy her flowers, that’s a waste of money. Better take her to a restaurant — at least that way you’ll both benefit.”

Alina heard these words more often than “You’re beautiful.” His mother hovered over them like a strict shadow. She taught Alina how to cook, dictated what to wear, picked out clothes herself, decided how they should live. And he gave in. He was too dependent on her to resist.

Alina tried to keep the relationship alive, but one day she heard:
“I’ll visit my mom alone. It’ll be better that way.”

That “better” was the beginning of the end.

When they broke up, Alina was left in emptiness. Her parents were far away, her friends mostly turned their backs on her, choosing his side. Only their dog stayed with her.

Soon, the most terrifying truth came to light. All this time, he had been secretly taking out loans in her name. He slipped her documents, forged signatures, and she believed his stories about work. Now debt collectors came to her parents: “It’s your debt. Your daughter has to pay.”

Alina sat in the kitchen, thinking: “Why? What now? I’m alone. I have nothing.”

For days, she drank with a friend, trying to forget. Until one evening, when the phone rang again:
“So, shall we continue?” her friend asked.

Alina looked in the mirror. Dull eyes, a tired face. And quietly replied:
“No. I need to move on.”

The next morning was different. She got up early, put on sneakers, and went for a run. The cold air burned her lungs, her heart raced, but she felt: “This is the first step. Back to myself. Back to life.”

Back home, she opened her laptop and found a second job. She was already studying at medical university, working part-time, but now she needed money to cover the debts. She worked to exhaustion, and at night she studied anatomy and pharmacology.

In desperation, Alina tried to find a psychologist. Money was tight, so she chose the cheapest online session. She told everything — about the betrayal, the debts, the pain. And the answer was:
“Alina, you know what you should do? Have a glass of wine.”

She smiled faintly:
“I’ve already done that. Enough.”

Then she realized: “I’ll have to get through this on my own. Only I can pull myself out.”

And so she did.

Months of struggle. Study, work, running, debts. Each run became a symbol: “I’m stronger than yesterday.”
When it was finally over, she sent him a short message:
“I’ve paid it all back. Sleep well.”

His reply was poisonous:
“Come get your things. They’re at my mom’s.”

She cut him off:
“Those were the things your mom chose. I don’t need them.”

The next day, he sent her a video — burning her belongings on camera. Dresses, books, photos — devoured by flames. But Alina no longer cried. “You’re burning the past. But me — you’ll never reach again.”

As if that wasn’t enough, his mother tried to finish her off. Influential in their city, she used her connections to set obstacles: “Fail her at the exam.” “Don’t let her pass.” Alina felt an entire system was working against her.

But she endured.

She graduated from university. Restored warm ties with her parents. Moved to Europe. Found a prestigious job. Began traveling, building her blog. Today, her photos gather hundreds of likes, and her life is full of light and new people.

Sometimes she says:
“This story taught me the most important thing: you must love yourself first. Always. If someone tries to mold you into a convenient doll — that’s not love. Real life begins where you choose yourself.”
